Project Manager

Also known as: the PM

A project manager is employed by a client, general/main contractor, vendor, and or subcontractor to oversee, plan, develop, procure and progress to completion certain elements or packages of a construction project ensuring that they are executed inline with the clients and project requirements/scope.

There will usually be a team of people and companies working under the project manager to aid there works.
