Operating and Maintenance Manual

Operation and Maintenance Manuals are also known as 'O&M Manuals' which are issued, to the facilities/building operator at the handover stage of a construction project.

They are to provide the facilities/building operator with up-to-date, as-built information relating to how the equipment and systems have been designed, installed, commissioned, and set to work to allow an efficient understanding of the building’s operation and maintenance requirements.
