Main Contractor

Also known as: General Contractor or Prime Contractor

The Main Contractor will be responsible for the overall communication, management, programming, purchasing, employing contractors/vendors, planning, installation, inspections, commissioning and handing over of a construction project.

They will be supported by the overall project team including, consultants, vendors, suppliers and contractors.
