Level 0 – Design & Planning

Level 0 is the first stage of the data center / critical system commissioning process covering the design and planning stage of the project.

This stage will cover:

- Design reviews to ensure that any systems and equipment are able to be functionally tested and commissioned,

- Complete a single point of failure review to ensure that upon any issue or failure on a system with redundancy, there are no points where the whole system will fail,

- The commissioning process is agreed upon, specified, and stipulated within the contract documents,

- The commissioning process is set up and ready prior to the following Levels being started.

This is then followed by Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7
