FDD System

Also known as: Fault Detection System

A FDD System is an electronic automated software that is designed, programmed, integrated and installed into a building, helping to monitor and manage its performance, energy usage, operation and maintenance; by monitoring its services, systems, components and instruments for any issues or anomalies.

Reports are able to be generated for analysis by the users and alarms can be sent to operatives if issues are noted.

Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Lifts, Escalators, Plumbing Systems are usually incorporated into the overall system.
